Moving your accounting from 1C/BAS to Dilovod? We help carry the data over and connect it to everything else your business runs on
Dilovod is a Ukrainian online accounting service: bookkeeping and management accounting, electronic tax reports, payroll, HR records, warehouse and primary documents in one place. Many companies come to it from 1C or BAS. The hard part is usually not the new program but the move itself: products, counterparties and opening balances have to be carried over cleanly, and orders from the shop, bank payments and deliveries have to keep flowing. We prepare the data for loading into Dilovod and connect it to the services you already use, so the accountant stops retyping documents by hand.
Products, counterparties and opening balances from 1C/BAS are prepared as spreadsheet files in the layout Dilovod expects and loaded without retyping.
Fixed assets and low-value items move in from a file too, so the asset register doesn't have to be rebuilt by hand.
Orders from your online shop or marketplace arrive in Dilovod on their own, together with the customer and the goods.
Bank payments are loaded from the bank or from a statement file instead of being entered line by line.
Other programs can read and update Dilovod data, and Dilovod can notify them when a user changes a document, so a CRM or warehouse tool sees the same numbers.
Automation scenarios
01
Moving from 1C/BAS at the end of a period
Beforethe accountant retypes the product list, counterparties and balances from the old program.
Afterthe period is closed in 1C/BAS, the data is exported to prepared files and loaded into Dilovod, and work continues in the old program until the switch.
02
Orders from the online shop
Beforea manager copies each order from the shop into the accounting program.
Afterthe order appears in Dilovod by itself, and a delivery note can be created from it.
03
Bank statement without manual entry
Beforepayments from the statement are entered one by one.
Afterthey are loaded from the bank or from an xlsx, dbf or csv file in one go.
04
CRM and accounting see the same data
Beforestock and payment status are checked by calling the accountant.
Afterthe CRM reads balances and documents from Dilovod and gets a signal when a user changes a document.
How it works technically
For those who want to check: each point links to the official documentation page it comes from.
Dilovod has an API for reading and writing database data, meant for exchange with an online shop, a service or your own software.
Dilovod does not publish a tool that opens 1C/BAS database files directly: data moves through prepared xls, xlsx, csv or dbf files, each up to 2 MB, and files with more than 10 thousand rows are loaded in parts. The chart of accounts is chosen once, when the database is created, and opening balances are entered on the start date of accounting. The API does not accept parallel requests, an API node sees no data until rights are granted, and changes made through the API do not trigger notifications. Access to the API depends on the Dilovod plan, so we check it with you before starting.
How to start

02
We review and estimate
A developer studies the brief, asks about anything unclear and sends an estimate.
Can we move from 1C or BAS to Dilovod without stopping work?
Yes. Dilovod describes a move where you keep working in the old program until the launch. The period is closed in 1C/BAS, balances and reference lists are prepared, and then the data is loaded into Dilovod.
Which data can be carried over from files?
Products, counterparties, opening warehouse balances with prices, fixed assets and low-value items, selling prices and bank statements. Files are accepted as xls, xlsx, csv or dbf.
Will orders from our online shop get into Dilovod?
Yes. Dilovod has ready connections for popular shop platforms and marketplaces, and for other sites the exchange is set up separately, so orders arrive without manual copying.
Is there anything to decide before the move?
The chart of accounts and the start date of accounting. The chart is chosen only once, when the database is created, and opening balances are entered on the start date.
