Perfectum CRM+ERP integration & automation

Sales and warehouse in one system: link Perfectum to everything else your business runs and control the connection yourself

Perfectum combines CRM and warehouse management for a Ukrainian business in one system, with its own settings screen for switching technical access on and controlling exactly who reaches it. We use that controlled access to link Perfectum with your other tools, so a sale, a client or a stock change updates itself everywhere instead of someone re-entering it by hand.

What we connect

  • Sales, clients and warehouse records exchange automatically with your other systems, instead of someone re-typing the same data in each program.
  • Technical access to Perfectum is switched on and managed from a dedicated settings screen, where you always see and control exactly which connections are active.
  • Perfectum keeps a list of addresses that tried to connect and got blocked, so you can review and unblock any of them yourself, right from the same screen.
  • How much can move through the connection each moment and each day depends on your plan and the number of people using Perfectum — a higher plan and more people mean more room before anything has to wait.
  • Every request returns only a limited slice of data at a time, so a large report comes back in several parts rather than one enormous file.
  • For anything the ready settings don't cover, we build a custom data flow on top, so sales, clients or stock stay linked exactly the way your process needs.

Automation scenarios

01

A new sale is registered

Before a warehouse clerk manually updates stock numbers in a separate program after hearing about the sale.

After the stock count updates itself the moment the sale is registered in Perfectum.

02

A client record changes

Before a manager copies the updated client details into another system by hand.

After the client record updates itself in the connected system straight away.

03

Someone outside the team keeps trying to connect

Before nobody notices repeated failed connection attempts.

After the blocked address shows up on a review screen inside Perfectum's own settings, ready for the owner to check.

04

The business grows and the team gets bigger

Before on a smaller plan, the same daily volume of updates starts hitting a ceiling and has to wait.

After moving to a plan with more users raises that daily ceiling, since the room scales with the number of people on the plan.

How it works technically

For those who want to check: each point links to the official documentation page it comes from.

  • Perfectum has a dedicated technical module that handles functional actions tied to the system's other modules and sections.

  • Technical access keys are created and managed from a dedicated settings screen inside the system itself.

  • The module keeps a built-in list of blocked addresses that tried to connect, which can be reviewed and unblocked from the same screen.

  • For the cloud version, the global limit is no more than 20 technical requests per 3 seconds.

  • The daily request limit depends on the plan: for example, on the CRM-50 plan it is 10,000 requests a day (200 a day per user, multiplied by the number of users on that plan).

  • Global limits are counted together across all technical keys on the account, not separately for each key.

Limits

Technical access is capped: no more than 20 requests per 3 seconds per account, and no more than 200 requests a day per user on your plan — on the CRM-50 plan, for example, that's 10,000 requests a day shared across the whole account. Limits add up across all keys together, not per key, and a single request returns only a limited slice of data at a time.

How to start

Three steps from a first message to work on your project.

  1. 01

    Leave a request

Describe the task in the form — in text or by voice. Budget and timing are optional.

  2. 02

    We review and estimate

A developer studies the brief, asks about anything unclear and sends an estimate.

  3. 03

    We start

Once scope and price are agreed, the work begins.

Questions

Where do we turn technical access to Perfectum on or off?
In the platform's own settings — a dedicated screen for managing access keys, where you create and control access yourself.
How many technical requests can we send per day?
It depends on your plan and the number of users — on the CRM-50 plan, for example, that's ten thousand requests a day, shared across everyone who connects.
What happens if an address that shouldn't connect keeps trying?
It gets blocked, and you can see and manage that block yourself, right from the same settings screen.
Can we pull a big report through the connection in one request?
Not in one go — each request returns a limited slice, so a big report comes back in several parts instead of one huge file.
