The board-style CRM from monday.com: connect it once, and leads, deals and contacts stay in sync with your other tools
In monday CRM every lead, deal and contact is a row on a board. monday.com officially lets outside programs read and update those boards, and it can send a signal the moment something changes. We use that to link monday CRM with your phones, website forms, payments and other tools, so data moves between them without copy-paste.
Before a manager copies each request from email into the board by hand.
After the request appears as a new row on the leads board with name, phone and source already filled in.
Before after closing a deal the manager separately tells accounting and the warehouse.
After the moment the status changes on the board, the other systems get the deal details and start their part of the work.
Before nobody knows whether the client already called and what was said.
After every call from Binotel lands on the client's row, so the history is in one place.
Before contacts and deals are exported to spreadsheets and re-imported by hand.
After records from the old system are carried over to monday CRM boards and keep syncing while both systems are in use.

Source: developer.monday.com ↗ checked 2026-09-25monday.com caps the number of requests per day, and the cap depends on the account's plan; once it is reached, the connection waits until the reset at midnight UTC. Viewers, deactivated users, users with unconfirmed email and student accounts cannot be used for the connection. If the access key is regenerated, the old one stops working immediately and the connection has to be updated.
